Refund & Exchange We are unable to accept open items for return, due to the nature of the products listed at Pure Health Products.
We’ll happily correct any order that was incorrect, missing items, and also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund items if you change your mind. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact HERE for instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#). Returned Items without an RAN# will be refused. All claims relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered.You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return at our facility. If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us (RAN# is still required). In order to be entitled to a refund of shipping charges, order must be shipped back to us. We will give our address with your RAN#. All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#). If you need to return an unopened item please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#).
